Cosmic Girl Dress Up
Overview
Cosmic Girl Dress Up is my first published app, as well as the first game I worked on as a side project at Full Sail University. For my first game, I wanted to make create a game I loved playing as a child, Dress Up Games!

Character Customization
The player chooses to customize an aspect of their character from one of the five buttons on the left. Upon clicking on an aspect, five more buttons will appear on the right showing all the outfit choices for that aspect. When clicking on an item, two other color choices will appear above the character for the player to use to customize their character.
A randomizer button is present for the player to have their character dressed in random outfits with a random background. A refresh button is also present for the player to start over and have their clothes removed from their character.

Player Feedback
When a button is pressed, the button will grow and shrink and make a bubble pop sound to signal to the player that the button has been pressed. The buttons on the left and right of the character, the color choices above the character, and the refresh button all consist of unique sounds to signal the player something unique is happening. The right arrow the player presses, when they are done dressing up, has a unique sound as well.
Asset Creation
After I was content with the decision to make a Dress Up game, I decided to scout for an artist to draw the character's body and clothes for the game. I found and hired Jnoelleart. The main character and all the clothes in the game are made by her.
I used photoshop for the first time to create different colors for each character customization item and the buttons in the game. I used photoshop to create all of the UI buttons in the game. The look of the UI buttons came from the want of sticking to the galaxy theme.

App Readiness
To make the game ready for publishing, I created a Googe Play Developer account. Throughout this project, I figured my way around the developer console and I created a rate button for the players to rate the app, in-game, on Google Play.
